About the author

Jeroen de Jong is teamlead Area Economics at BPD Bouwfonds Development, where he is responsible for land development feasibility studies, strategic land acquisition support, location management, and portfolio management. He has extensive experience in real estate financial analysis and urban development economics and is involved daily in residential development plans of various sizes and stages.
